Our service plan

Service plans are tailored to suit your needs and requirements. We assess the doors you have and the amount they are used and then propose a service package that suits your systems.

Service intervals are based on the amount of use the door is subject to and the environment that it is in. The minimum service interval is 12 months for low use door systems in a relatively clean environment but also can be as frequent and monthly for intensive use systems in arduous environments.

ONLINE SERVICE REPORTS AND CERTIFICATES

All of our service engineers use our service software to undertake the service work enabling us to provide our customers with service reports  and quotations for any work required within minutes of the engineers leaving your site.

All service records and service dates are held on our server and can be accessed by our customers at any time by using their unique login details. 

AUTOMATIC SERVICE VISTS

Once a shutter service contract is in place we automatically schedule your service dates and send you reminders before we arrive giving you the opportunity to rearrange if this is not convenient
